Funds received in response to this solicitation are subject to federal contribution limits. $2,400 is the maximum individual contribution for the primary. $4,800 is the maximum for primary and general combined. Couples may give double $9,600. Federal law requires us to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per election cycle. Political contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Corporate and foreign national contributions are not permitted.
