Fiscal Conservative

Tim Scott is a Fiscal Conservative

As a fiscal conservative, Tim Scott’s voting record speaks for itself. He is a believer in small government with spending oversight components firmly in place to ensure we have a government that works for the people of our great state and not the other way around. He is ready to take this same mentality to Washington for the citizens of the 1st district.

During his 13 years as a part of the Charleston County Council, he NEVER voted to increase taxes. As Chairman of the Council and part of the Economic Development Committee, he helped recruit over 20,000 jobs.

Tim will bring this same tenacity for entrepreneurialship to the US House of Representative and will work to write laws that benefit the citizens of the 1st district of South Carolina.
